To allow participants to read the abstracts and view the programme of the 35th Annual Meeting in Vienna, ESHRE will offer several options :

- An app for tablets and smartphones
- An online itinerary
- The web pages dedicated to the programme

Congress badges should be worn by all participants at all times during the congress, during the Precongress Courses, in the exhibit area and within other areas of the congress centre as well as during social activities. Only participants wearing their congress badge will be admitted to the scientific sessions, to the exhibition and to the social events.

Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay an extra administrative fee of € 50 to have a new badge issued.

Six presentations at ESHRE 2019 will be selected and rewarded with a prize of EURO 2,000.

Vienna has a mild continental climate. Even if the occasional winter day is icy and some days in high summer can bring sweltering heat to the palaces of the old city, most days of the year the weather matches the residents of the city: friendly, mild and moderate in every respect.Check current weather conditions and forecasts here

Approval of the Precongress Courses and of the Annual Meeting programme for continuing medical education (CME) credits will be applied for with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. 
The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). 
ESHRE will not apply for CME for individual countries (i.e. only CME credits with EACCME will be applied for).

A technical exhibition of pharmaceutical, surgical and laboratory products will be organized, and will be located in the exhibition area of the congress centre. The exhibition will be officially opened with the traditional welcome reception at 8 p.m. on Sunday, 23 June 2019 immediately following the Opening Ceremony of the Annual Meeting.

ESHRE does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance, and participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance in their country of origin. Participation in all excursions, tours etc. is at personal risk.

The aim of ESHRE is to provide a forum for the exchange and discussion of new clinical and scientific ideas. The Society, in good faith, assumes that all participants will respect the non-political nature of our annual meeting.

The registration desk will be located in the entrance hall of the congress center and will be open at the following hours.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor public places and workplaces and on public transportation. Limited exceptions to the smoking ban are provided for designated hotel guest rooms. There are also some limited restrictions on smoking in outdoor public places, such as in playgrounds and at open spaces in health facilities. Sub-national jurisdictions may enact smoke free laws that are more stringent than the national law.

The time zone in Vienna is Central European Time CET, 1 hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT +1).

All participants registered for the main programme and all exhibitors (except visitors exhibit) will have a logo of the Wiener Linien on their badge enabling them to make unlimited use of all means of public transport in Vienna (Kernzone Wien) for the duration of the conference, i.e. from Monday 24 to Wednesday 26 June. 
The “Kernzone Wien” includes all lines within Vienna (train, Badner Bahn, bus, tram, metro, most regional bus lines). Exempted are airport buses, the Westbahn and the City Airport Train (CAT).
