 Can I make a group registration if I do not have all the participants’ details?

YES. It is possible to make a group reservation at any time.
No participants’ details are asked when creating a group registration. You only have to indicate the number of places you would like to register. Afterwards you can always add the participants’ details.

Important: A registration is only finalized with payment. Make sure that the payment is done to guarantee the best fee. Payment can also be done before enterring all the participants’ details.



 Can I register another person with my own account?

YES. You can register yourself or someone else with your account.
Log in with your account and make sure that you enter all correct details.
When the system asks for the delegate’s details you can either enter your own – or someone else’s details.

You will never have to create an account for someone else. This is incorrect and will cause several technical difficulties in the future!

 



I am an ESHRE member but the member fee does not apply.

Please make sure you entered your member ID in the registration form (under participant - member verification). Please make sure you press enter after you typed your member ID to validate. You can check the status of your membership on this page. If your membership expired, it is not possible to access the renew form. You can join again by filling a new application form. Please note that processing membership can take up to one week.

 



Can I become a member and at the same time register for the Annual Meeting?

Membership fees only apply to members of ESHRE. Please note that although non-members can apply for membership before registering for the meeting, processing membership can take up to one week.

If you filled an on-line membership application form your membership will be activated within a few days. After the activation you can login with the account you used to register for membership, the system will recognize you as such and the member fees will appear.

Please note that it's not possible to become a member and register at the same time at the on-site registration desk onsite.

 



I cannot see the student/paramedical registration fee. How can I register at the reduced fee? 

The student/paramedical fee reduction applies to members only. You can apply for membership here. During your application you will be asked to upload a proof of status. Please use this template. Please allow between two days and one week for your membership to be (re-)activated.

 



Can I register at the member paramedical fee?

Paramedical registration applies to support personnel such as:
• Nurses/Midwives
• Laboratory technicians
• Counsellors/Psychologists/Social workers
• ESHRE certified clinical embryologists (BSc level)
Embryologists have to register at the ordinary registration fee unless we receive a letter in which their Head of Department confirms they work in a routine environment as a lab technician.


 

 I am an EU national and want to receive the invoice on my professional address but I do not have a VAT number. How can I proceed?

Please select personal address and mention the name of your affliation in the address field.

 



Can I change the invoicing address?

You can indeed change the invoicing address in the registration form. Keep in mind that it is not be possible to make any changes once the final invoice has been sent.

 


 

Can I register for only one of the main congress days?

No, day registrations are not available.

 



How can I register an accompanying person to the meeting?

It is not possible to register an accompanying person at the ESHRE Annual Meeting.
The two registration options for individual delegates are: exhibit visitor (for exhibit only) or individual registration (for the main programme and/or Precongress Course and the exhibit)

 



I only want to visit the technical exhibition. Do I need to register for the main programme?

No, you can register for the exhibit only. You can select “visitor exhibit” in the registration form or register onsite at the self or exhibitor registration desk.

 



I am registered but unable to attend. Can I get a refund of the registration fee?

A full refund (less 100 Euro administrative fee) will be granted, provided written notice is received at the Central Office on or before 5 June 2020. The refund will be issued after the end of the annual meeting.

After this date cancellations can be processed but will not be refunded.

 



How do I request an invitation letter for visa?

Invitation letters are only provided to registered delegates. When your registration is processed by the Central Office, you can check your registration and print your invitation letter on the registration web page. A button to download this document will only appear once the Central Office has received and processed the full payment of your registration. You will be able to mention your date of birth and passport number.
