Yes, everyone has to register for the Annual Meeting, but it will be free for members. You can register here

  • Full access to the virtual programme – including precongress courses and main programme sessions – for the duration of all the sessions held in real-time + “on-demand” and access to the virtual exhibit and company symposia
  • Certificate of attendance

 

Login to the individual registration portal with your own personal account. If you do not see the overview of your registration right away, you might have to click the button ‘Register/Manage your registration’ first. If you are not registered you can proceed with your registration.


Yes, all participants who register for the scientific programme and attend sessions longer than one hour can download a certificate of attendance after completing an evaluation first. The form is available on the virtual Annual Meeting portal here

Approval of the Precongress Courses and of the Annual Meeting programme for continuing medical education (CME) credits has been applied for with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. 
The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). 
ESHRE will not apply for CME for individual countries (i.e. only CME credits with EACCME will be applied for).

The Main program of the ESHRE virtual 36th Annual Meeting has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 18 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Precongress Courses nr 2, 3 & 5 have been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Precongress Course nr 4 for a maximum of 4 credits and Precongress Course nr 1 for 7 credits.


Registration gives full access to the virtual programme – including precongress courses and main programme sessions. You do not have to register separately for a precongress course
You can register only as so called “Visitor” for the virtual exhibit only. You will not have access to the scientific programme if you choose this option. You can register here
The group responsible can buy multiple registration codes (e-coupons) which they can distribute to the individual of their choice. Each individual would have to register with the code that he/she would get. Find out more here
You can cancel your registration, but membership fee and registration fee are non-refundable.
The presentations will become available on the platform (available in due time) on the specific time and date mentioned in the programme. You can find the programme here. 

All presentations will be pre-recorded, but broadcasted in real time (CEST - Central European Summer Time). The presentations will become available at the date and time mentioned in the programme. After this date and time the presentation remains available to watch on demand. After each session there will be live discussions via a chat function. On-demand access remains available after 8 July 2020 for an extended period until at least the end of 2020. 

Keep in mind that timing is in Central European Summer Time (CEST). Make sure to synchronise your clock when you join the virtual Annual Meeting. It can be useful to download an App like World Time Buddy to calculate the time in your time zone.

Yes. ESHRE will refund the fee paid by those who had already registered for the 2020 Annual Meeting in Copenhagen. Details will be communicated individually by e-mail.

If you have not received any information, please send us an e-mail at info@eshre.eu indicating your registration number. 

No. Our registration Terms and Conditions clearly state that “in case of cancellation of an Event, ESHRE shall fully reimburse the registration fee. ESHRE shall in no event be liable to any refund or compensation of whatsoever other costs (for example travel or accommodation costs, costs for the application of visa) or losses (cf. article 14.1)”
