Building restrictions booths

Minimum exhibit space = 9 m2 (3m x 3m)
Maximum exhibit space = 243 m2 (i.e. total of 27 units x 9m²)
The bookable aisles can also be booked in units of 9m²(3m x 3m). So you can use the bookable aisles as a space to construct your stand. The emergency aisles must be kept free of stands
Maximum building height Island booths: 3,5 or 4 metres (depending on your location)
Maximum building height Inline, Corner and Peninsula booths: 2,5 metres (back and side walls)
Banners Island, Inline, Corner and Peninsula booths: the bottom height for banners will be 4 or 4,5 metres Banners can measure maximum 1.5m, which brings the overall possible maximum height up to 5,5 or 6 metres
No banners are possible in C1
In order to create an open environment at the exhibit, only 1/3 of each stand’s side facing an aisle may be covered by a wall
All custom made booth plans will need to be reviewed and approved by ESHRE. Booth plans should be sent to exhibit@eshre.eu by 2 May 2023
