COVID-19: Campus postponement/cancellation and eCampus FAQ’s

    ESHRE has staged most Campus meetings scheduled for 2021 as online events to offer our members and colleagues an opportunity to continue their knowledge exchange from a distance.

    In 2022 we are organising in-person events again with a virtual twist. "Hybrid" registration includes:
    - an in-person/face-to-face attendance, whereby participants are physically present at the meeting venue and
    - a virtual connection with live-stream in real time that participants can attend from a distance.

    The "Hybrid" option automatically includes the on-demand offering.

    We are constantly evaluating and adjusting our policy and adapting it to developing circumstances. Some ESHRE campus events might be postponed or transformed into virtual ones. Please consult this page - - to check the status of each individual workshop. It will be regularly updated. 

    If you have registered for a workshops that would need to be postponed or cancelled, you will be notified personally. You can contact us ([email protected]) for any queries.

    If your workshop has been cancelled, your registration will be cancelled automatically and a refund will be done as soon as possible.

    If you registered for a Campus workshop that will be rescheduled there are two options: 

    1.  You can keep your registration for the same workshop with its new date
    2.  You can cancel your registration and get a full refund. 


    If you do not want your registration transferred to another workshop, please contact us ([email protected]). We will refund the registration fee you paid.

    For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used to make the payment.

    For payments by bank transfer,send us your bank account details in order to refund the overpayment. Account details should include the following:

    • Full name of the account owner
    • Address of the account owner
    • IBAN (international bank account number) for EU bank transfers or the national account number for non-EU bank transfers
    • BIC/SWIFT code
    • Required for NON European transfers we also need:
      o Name of the bank
      o Address of the bank
      o Other bank references

    Please note there may be bank charges and exchange rate fluctuations.

    No. ESHRE is not liable for any refund or compensation of other costs apart from registration fees. 


    Yes, the live stream of the campus course with discussion will stay available on the eCampus until 30 days after the start of the event. Then we will publish the separate videos of each presentation on the course page. The url of the course stays the same, so you won’t have to search for the course. The presentations will stay available at least 1 year after the start date of the event.
    You can check this on the web page of the Campus workshop under “practicalities”.
    There are several courses (Campus workshops, stand alone courses, webinars, …) that have a certificate of attendance. Depending on the course you need to complete a quiz, evaluation form and/or watch all the videos in the course. After completing these conditions, you will be able to download the certificate of attendance of that course.
    No, there is no deadline. After completing the evaluation form, you will be able to download the certificate of attendance.
