The following Campus meetings, originally planned for 2020, have now been postponed:

• 2-4 April 2020, Reproduction, hormones and the brain - Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has been postponed to 6-8 May 2021
• 14-15 May 2020, Counselling in third party reproduction – Amsterdam, The Netherlands, has been postponed to 28-29 January 2021
• 21-23 May 2020, ‘Haute Cuisine’ of the IVF laboratory – Barcelona, Spain, has been postponed to 2022
• 25-26 Sep 2020, Top quality in ultrasound - Bucharest, Romania, has been postponed to 24-25 September 2021

The following Campus meetings have now been cancelled:

• 19-21 March 2020, Research: getting started - Leuven, Belgium
• 22-24 April 2020, Endoscopy in reproductive medicine - Leuven, Belgium

If your workshop has been cancelled, your registration will be cancelled automatically and a refund will be done as soon as possible.

If you registered for a Campus workshop that will be rescheduled there are two options: 

1.  You can keep your registration for the same workshop with its new date
2.  You can cancel your registration and get a full refund.

If you do not want your registration transferred to another workshop, please contact us (info@eshre.eu). We will refund the registration fee you paid.

For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used to make the payment.

For payments by bank transfer,send us your bank account details in order to refund the overpayment. Account details should include the following:

• Full name of the account owner
• Address of the account owner
• IBAN (international bank account number) for EU bank transfers or the national account number for non-EU bank transfers
• BIC/SWIFT code
• Required for NON European transfers we also need:
  o Name of the bank
  o Address of the bank
  o Other bank references
