Registration Campus Course Rome 2021
You can register with the online registration form until 27 September 2021. Should you want to register afterwards, you can contact Sarah Vandersteen (sarah@eshre.eu) directly to see if there are still some places available. Registrations are limited to 100 participants.
Deadline early registration: 30 August 2021 (23:59 CET). Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment by this date.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For registrations after 16 September 2021 it is no longer possible to pay by bank transfer. From 17 September 2021 onwards, registrations can only be finalized by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard).

The following fees apply (inclusive 22% Italian VAT, Italians that register with an Italian VAT number, are exempted from paying VAT):

Cancellation policy
All cancellations should be made in writing. An administrative fee of 25 Euro will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations received after 6 September 2021 will not be refunded.
