Course description

This course will introduce all professionals in the field of ART to basic ethical principles for consideration in a clinical or research context. Our speakers will analyse moral and ethical questions arising from the application of emerging techniques, some of which are still questionable or under discussion. The lectures will be carried out from a multidisciplinary perspective and will focus on the basic research lab and the clinic.

Educational needs and expected outcomes

The course will give participants a better understanding of ethical decision making and of the legal requirements and limitations in controversial areas of in reproductive science and medicine.



The series consists of 6 webinars on the following dates 6 January, 3 February, 3 March, 7 April, 5 May and 2 June

Participants will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access the programme. ESHRE will apply for European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Participants can obtain a certificate of attendance after completing the workshop evaluation on the e-learning platform.
