This webinar series is aimed to give a clear overview of what was updated in the last ESHRE guidelines for the management of women affected by endometriosis, ranging from the diagnosis to the treatment and follow-up.
Learning objectives
The participants will learn the most important elements for clinical practice that were updated in the last ESHRE guidelines for the management of women affected by endometriosis

Needs assessment process and derived educational needs
The management of women affected by endometriosis was rapidly changing in the last years due to improved diagnostic techniques and evidence-based management strategies, which were clearly summarized in the last ESHRE guidelines for the management of women affected by endometriosis.
Considering that several elements were changed compared with the previous version of these guidelines, there is a clear need to spread these updates to a wide audience, in order to guide clinical practice.
Expected educational outcomes
Participants will learn:
- What is recommended for the diagnosis of endometriosis
- The pharmacological and surgical strategies for the management of pain in women with endometriosis
- Evidence-based management of endometriosis-associated infertility
- Specific management of endometriosis in adolescence and menopause
- Cancer risk in women with endometriosis
