Course description
An introduction into CRISPR/Cas9 editing with a focus on the advances and hurdles related with gene editing in stem cells and embryos.
Target audience
Embryologists, Researchers, Clinicians, anyone with an interest in the latest advances in gene editing
Needs assessment
Only ten years ago, experiments with CRISPR/Cas9 as a gene editing tool were published. The development of new CRISPR/Cas9 applications is fast and their potential is revolutionary. In this webinar, the progress of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing in the germline and stem cells is summarized with a focus on the current hurdles.
