Only ten years ago, experiments with CRISPR/Cas9 as a gene editing tool were published. The development of new CRISPR/Cas9 applications is fast and their potential is revolutionary. In this webinar, the progress of CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing in the germline and stem cells is summarized with a focus on the current hurdles.
