Why exhibit at ESHRE 2017

It’s all about exposure…

The ESHRE Annual Meeting is probably the prime annual event and international forum where experts in reproductive medicine and science gather to participate in state of the art scientific sessions and above all to network with their peers.

International exposure

While nearly 60% of all delegates come from within Europe we have witnessed increases in attendance from many other countries outside Europe and especially from the so called emerging economies (India, China…) as show in the following graphs summarizing attendance to our previous Annual Meeting held in Helsinki, Finland.

Overall, no less than 113 different nationalities were represented at our 2016 Annual Meeting and while participation fluctuated over the years, we have witnessed an average attendance of more than 8000 registered participants (i.e. not including exhibitors).

Product exposure

While the meeting in general offers an ideal opportunity for networking, the exhibit area is undoubtedly the place to be to promote products and services to a wide range of professionals in the field going from clinicians to laboratory directors and technicians, researchers, nurses and other allied personnel.

ESHRE really aims to bring them all together at fixed times during the congress in the exhibit hall by arranging complementary coffee and lunch breaks. At ESHRE 2017 in Geneva, the exhibit hall will also be centrally located to enhance participant traffic. As such our net exhibit space has grown over the past years.
