Open Call for Applications - ESHRE Working Groups on Good Practice Recommendations for PGT


ESHRE invites applications to join two of the four Working Groups responsible for updating the ESHRE series of papers describing Good Practice Recommendations for Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT). The working groups will review the existing recommendations, evaluate new evidence and current practice, and contribute to the update of best practice and technical standards for performing PGT.

Applications are invited from professionals with relevant expertise and experience in PGT for the following Working Groups on: 

- Organisation of PGT Centre – open to ART clinicians with expertise in PGT

- Polar Body and Embryo Biopsy for PGT – open to ART laboratory quality managers with experience in procedures related to PGT.


Applications should include:

- A short curriculum vitae (CV)

- An application form including a brief statement outlining relevant expertise and motivation to join the working group and a declaration of conflicts of interest.

Deadline for applications: 23 March 2026

In selecting members, ESHRE will consider relevant expertise, experience in PGT, geographical representation, and gender balance within the working groups. The work is expected to begin in April 2026 and continue for approximately 12-18 months. Selected members will be expected to actively contribute to the group’s work, including participation in online meetings, reviewing documents, and contributing to the drafting and revision of project outputs.
