Work Package 8 – Evaluation
Objectives
The progressive achievements of projects’ activities and quality of deliverables will be continuously monitored and reported to the supervisory board. The evaluation plan and reports will be prepared by the PSC and discussed with the supervisory board at quarterly intervals.
Within all relevant project events (including meetings) following elements will be evaluated:
- Technical elements (core materials and information flow, course, content and goal of the event, etc) and
- Professional/scientific elements (deliverables).
For milestones and deliverables, the following elements will be included in the evaluation:
- Technical elements, such as the content, format,..
- Timelines of outputs in consideration of predefined deadlines
- Implementation elements, where relevant, the involvement of/uptake within the EU member states will be considered. At the beginning of the project, an evaluation plan will detail the monitoring of quality indicators for the events, the deliverables, and milestones and for the project in general
The WP will additionally produce an interim and final report, with an executive summary shared with internal and external stakeholders. The final evaluation report will be focused on the outcomes and the reached objectives but also on the impact of the project and the sustainability of outcomes. Evaluation reports will be a standing item on Project Steering Committee meeting agendas, ensuring that quality of outputs in both means accuracy and contemporaneity is always a top priority.
