About

The Psychology & Counselling Special Interest Group was founded in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1993 some eight years after the founding of its governing body - the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

Currently, there are 556 ESHRE members affiliated to the SIG (November 2021).

Some of the members of our SIG can be accessed by logging into the "Members Only" section. In this section, you will find a list by country and name and areas of specialization. With this database, contact among members is facilitated.

Consistent with the aims of ESHRE the Psychology & Counselling Special Interest Group was established to address the psychosocial issues and needs of patients and professionals working in infertility.
