EuMAR 2 (2026–2027) is a two‑year transition period from a project‑based registry to a permanent, ESHRE‑hosted cycle‑by‑cycle, MAR data collection system.

Key objectives of EuMAR2

1. Strengthen European MAR data collection

1. Enable cumulative and cross-border data analysis
2. Refine technical processes and data standards
3. Ensure full GDPR compliance and patient data protection

2. Reinforce credibility and value

1. Finalise a validated European MAR parameter list
2. Apply high standards of data quality and governance
3. Produce meaningful outputs for clinics, authorities, and the public

3. Foster connectivity and sustainability

1. Open participation to all European countries
2. Connect up to 10 countries by the end of 2027
3. Prepare integration with existing European monitoring systems
