Registration Campus workshop Florence 2026

This Campus workshop will be a traditional in-person event with live broadcast (lectures only). Registrants not traveling to the Campus event can watch all the Scientific Sessions live through the Workshop Event App. You can register with the online registration form  Should you want to register after 26 October 2026, for in-person attendance,  please contact the registration team (registration@eshre.eu) directly to see if there are still some places available.

Registration fees include:

  • Attendance to all sessions
  • Workshop App
  • Certificate of attendance
  • On-demand access to the recordings on eCampus

ESHRE will foresee lunch and coffee breaks for in-person attendees.

Please note!

  • Registrations offer full access to the full virtual/live scientific programme held in real-time. The recordings will become available to participants on eCampus.
  • The registration fees are non-refundable
  • All prices mentioned are in Euro and include Italian 22% VAT
  • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For registrations after 20 October 2026 it is no longer possible to pay by bank transfer.  From 21 October onwards, registrations can only be finalised by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard).
  • Deadline early registration: 30 September 2026 (23:59 CET). (*) Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure ESHRE receives payment by the applicable deadline.
