Registration Campus workshop Leuven November 2024

This Campus workshop is exclusively in-person and will not be live-streamed.

You can register with the online registration form  Should you want to register after 24 November 2024, for in-person attendance,  please contact Tinne De Beckker (registration@eshre.eu) directly to see if there are still some places available.

Registration fees

3-day training course + certification session Level 1 or Level 2: 1500 Euro

Places are limited to 20 participants, register early to reserve your spot!

Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to all sessions
  • Hands-on experience
  • Certificate of attendance
  • ECRES- GESEA certification session

ESHRE will foresee lunch and coffee breaks for attendees.

Please note!

  • Registrations offer full access to the full live scientific programme held in real-time on 27-30 November 2024.
  • The registration fees are non-refundable
  • All prices mentioned are in Euro
  • Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. For registrations after 17 November 2024 it is no longer possible to pay by bank transfer.  From 18 November onwards, registrations can only be finalised by credit card (VISA, American Express or Mastercard).
