Louise Dias works at the Fertility Clinic of the GZA Ziekenhuizen campus Sint-Augustinus (Antwerp, Belgium) since 2015. In 2016 she became Head Midwife of the Fertility Clinic. She has a Masters degree (2015) and started in January 2019 a PhD program on the psychosocial impact of the fertility clinic trajectory on couples. Louise is an ESHRE-certified midwife since 2018, when she passed the exam in Barcelona.
