Vasanti Jadva

Vasanti Jadva is Professor of Family Psychology at City St Georges, University of London. She holds honorary positions at the Centre for Child, Adolescent and Family research, University of Cambridge and the Institute for Women’s Health, UCL. Her research focuses on the psychological well-being of parents and children in families created by assisted reproduction including IVF, egg donation, sperm donation and surrogacy. She has also studied the psychological health and experiences of surrogates and gamete donors. Professor Jadva is currently working on projects that aim to increase our understanding of donor conception identity, elective co-parenting and embryo donation.
