ESHRE's collaboration with the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG) goes back almost 20 years in setting a syllabus for subspecialty training in reproductive medicine. Now, in a move to enhance this collaboration further and validate individual skills and training in reproductive medicine, ESHRE is introducing a subspecialty examination in which successful candidates will become European Fellows of Reproductive Medicine (EFRM) and qualified to use the title EFRM‐ESHRE/EBCOG.
The examination aims to assess the knowledge and skills gained by candidates during their subspecialty training in reproductive medicine and provide formal recognition of them.
Candidates will sit the Part 2 examination after they have passed Part 1.
The next Part 1 examination will be held on Wednesday 26 June 2019 from 8:30 until 13:00 at the Messe Wien Exhibition Congress Center during ESHRE’s Annual Meeting in Vienna.
The date and location for the next Part 2 examination still needs to be confirmed.
