Since it is still uncertain how the COVID-19 pandemic will evolve in 2021, ESHRE decided to facilitate online exams -> NEW EXAM DATE: Sunday 27 June 2021
The applications for the 2021 EFRM part 1 online exam are available until 15 May 2021. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail.
ESHRE's collaboration with the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG) goes back almost 20 years in setting a syllabus for subspecialty training in reproductive medicine. Now, in a move to enhance this collaboration further and validate individual skills and training in reproductive medicine, ESHRE is introducing a subspecialty examination in which successful candidates will become European Fellows of Reproductive Medicine (EFRM) and qualified to use the title EFRMâESHRE/EBCOG.
The examination aims to assess the knowledge and skills gained by candidates during their subspecialty training in reproductive medicine and provide formal recognition of them.
The ESHRE/EBCOG EFRM examination consists of two parts:
- Part 1 is a knowledge based assessment process
- Part 2 is an objective clinical examination
Candidates can only sit the Part 2 examination after they have passed Part 1.
