Welcome to the ESHRE 2026 Press & Media Page

 

ESHRE warmly welcomes the interest of the press and media in relation to the 42nd Annual Meeting, taking place in London, UK. Here you can find further information regarding the press and media activities at the congress and apply for free press registration.

Press can register to join us either onsite in London or virtually.

Registration includes access to the following:

IN-PERSON PRESS REGISTRATION
  • Access to all press materials.
  • Access to all scientific sessions, including one precongress course.
  • Use of the press room (a working space is provided, in addition to Wi-Fi and catering).
  • Interviews with experts, subject to availability (please see the Press & Media Policy for further information).
  • Access to an interview room – this can be booked in advance, please contact the ESHRE press team (press@eshre.eu). 
  • All virtual press registration benefits are also included.

Please note: Access to the main Exhibition Hall is restricted to healthcare professionals (HCPs). If you are an HCP applying for press accreditation, please indicate this on the registration form.

VIRTUAL PRESS REGISTRATION
  • Access to all press materials.
  • Access to the virtual platform with live-streamed scientific sessions.
  • Access to all precongress courses.
  • Access to all on-demand content.
  • Access to the online library of e-posters.
  • Virtual interviews with experts, subject to availability (please see the Press & Media Policy for further information).

PRESS CENTRE OPENING HOURS
  • Sunday, 5 July: 08:00 – 18:00 BST
  • Monday, 6 July: 08:00 – 18:00 BST
  • Tuesday, 7 July: 08:00 – 18:00 BST 
  • Wednesday, 8 July: 08:00 – 14:00 BST

 

To register as press for the ESHRE 42nd Annual Meeting, please view our Press & Media Policy for the credentials/documentation you will require to apply for free press accreditation.

Please complete the press registration form here. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and, if approved, a confirmation will be sent to you with further instructions.

Please note that access to the ESHRE Meeting is for members of the medical and professional media, however relevant representatives of consumer media who require access will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
