ESHRE 2025 - Opening hours registration desk
The registration desk will be located on Level 1 with the following opening hours:

| Sunday, 5 July |
from 07:30 to 19:00* |
| Monday, 6 July |
from 07:30 to 18:00 |
| Tuesday, 7 July |
from 08:00 to 18:00 |
| Wednesday, 8 July |
from 08:00 to 15:00 |
*On Saturday and Sunday, the kiosks for ‘Badge pick-up’ and ‘New registration’ will be available until 20:00. On Sunday, ‘Group registration’ and ‘Pick-up badge scanners exhibit’ desks will also be available until 20:00.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay 100 Euro to have a new badge issued.
