All participants are warmly invited to join us for the Opening Ceremony to mark the official start of ESHRE 2026.

The opening ceremony is not sponsored by the industry and therefore the fee of 2,50 Euro (including 20% UK VAT) will be charged to cover the costs of the ceremony. Participation is optional and non-refundable. Please note that the registration for this event is checked by default in the individual registration form to guarantee your attendance to this event. You can decide to cancel this option, in which case you abstain from attending the “Opening Ceremony” and will be denied access.

Sunday, 5 July 2026 from 20:00 to 22:00 (CEST)

All participants are officially invited to the Welcome Reception held in the industrial exhibit. It will be an ideal occasion for meeting our industry sponsors and for networking with other participants.

Attendance to the Welcome Reception is complimentary. 

Tuesday, 7 July 2026 from 20.00 to 00:00 (CEST)

All delegates are invited to the “Tuesday Evening Networking Event” with finger food, drinks and entertainment.

This event will also incorporate the Awards Ceremony (from 21:30 to 22:00). During the Ceremony, the winners of the ESHRE 2026 Awards for the best poster and oral communications will be announced. The chair of the respective Award Committees will present the awards.

Participation is optional and payable. More information will follow.

Wednesday, 8 July 2026, from 15:30 to 16:30 (CEST) 

The Farewell Reception will take place after the last session of the meeting. This complementary reception will mark the end of ESHRE 2026 and will set the appointment for ESHRE 2027.
