How to make an individual registration

You can complete and manage multiple registrations under a single account, whether for yourself or others. This account will be considered the ‘main contact person’ for all registrations with in it.
A person registered by someone else will be known as ‘participant profile’, this is the individual who will attend the event.
Log in to access the Individual Registration Process
Logging in with your own, personal account.
If you do not have an account, please create one here first.
Start the Individual Registration Process
Once logged in, follow the steps to fill in all required information
- Contact details: The system automatically auto-fills with the details of the main contact person
- Invoice address: Please make sure to use the correct invoice address
Modifications will no longer be possible once the final invoice has been issued
- Participant profile: If for yourself, proceed with auto-filled fields.
If you are registering another person, please use the ‘Clear Fields’ button to remove the data and complete the required information, for the participant you are registering.

If the person being registered is an ESHRE member, please enter their membership number (e.g., E-XX-XXXXX). All fields will then auto-fill with their details.
Please indicate whether the participant will attend in person or virtually. This can be modified at a later date, if needed.
- Membership subscription: If you or the participant you are registering is not yet an ESHRE member, you can use this module to add a membership to your registration.
The membership discount will apply immediately.
- Select Fee:
- Main Programme (MP)
For the main programme only, select the first option (Main Programme) and choose “I will not attend a PCC” on the next page.
For both the Main Programme and a Precongress Course, first select the option ‘Main Programme’ and then select an additional Precongress Course on the next page.

Visitor (Exhibit only)
Exhibition access only — no access to the scientific sessions.
- Payment Methods
- You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer
- Wire transfers will no longer be a payment option as from 10 days prior to each fee deadline
- When paying by bank transfer, please include your registration number (e.g. LON26-****) in the payment reference. You can download the invoicing and bank data here.
Confirmation letter
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an automatic email with a preliminary confirmation.
Please note: your registration is not final until payment has been received. As soon as the payment has been processed, the official confirmation letter (including barcode) will be sent.
Manage the Registration
The person who made the registration can update or add sessions, register additional participants, or complete payments at any time by returning to the individual registration portal and selecting “Manage registration.”
Invitation Letter
Invitation letters are only issued to those participants who attend the annual meeting in-person. Each letter of invitation will be available for download only after a registration is considered complete – payment has been received.
In the participant registration page, click ‘Request Visa letter’. Submit the requested information to download the invitation letter.
