Welcome to the ESHRE 2026 Annual Meeting

We look forward to you joining us in London for the ESHRE 2026 Annual Meeting, the world’s largest in-person event dedicated to reproductive science and medicine.

In 2026, we will continue to offer a hybrid format, ensuring accessibility for all participants. The Precongress Courses and the full scientific programme will be available live on-site, via livestream, and then on demand.

Individual registrations

Members as well as non-members must register to have access to the meeting programme. Members of ESHRE (in good standing order at the time of registration) will have the opportunity to register at strongly reduced registration fees. Find out all about ESHRE membership and its many benefits here.

Group registrations

Organisations, such as companies, institutions, or other entities, that wish to support the participation of multiple individuals may do so by purchasing a specified number of individual registration vouchers. These vouchers may subsequently be distributed to selected participants, who can each use a voucher code to complete their own individual registration for the Annual Meeting.

The minimum number of participants required to qualify for a group registration is ten (10).

Registration fees

All fees are charged per participant, are in Euro (€), and include 20% UK VAT.

Deadlines 12 May and 10 June are at 23:59 Central European Summer time (CEST).

Visitor registrations

Individuals who only wish to visit the in-person and/or virtual exhibit and Industry sponsored sessions can do so by registering as a ‘Visitor’. This option does not include access to the official scientific programme (i.e. precongress courses and main programme).

The visitor registration fee = 389,76 Euro (including 20% UK VAT)

What is included in the Annual meeting fees

The main programme fee for the annual meeting includes:

- in-person attendance, whereby participants are physically present in London, UK
- a virtual connection with live-stream in real time that participants can join from anywhere
- admission to the main scientific programme and the exhibition
- access to the sponsored sessions onsite
- a certificate of attendance after completion of a survey
- on-demand access post annual meeting via the virtual platform for 5 months after the conference has taken place

The registration fee for the Precongress Courses only includes:

- in-person admission to one (1) precongress course as selected to attend onsite
- virtual access to all 2026 precongress courses
- on-demand access to all precongress courses after the conference has taken place
- a certificate of attendance for the attended courses after completion of an evaluation

Visa application documents

• We offer an invitation letter that will become visible in your personal ESHRE-account (Event- overview) as soon as the registration is fully processed. Please click here (available soon).
• We do NOT contact or intervein with Embassy and/or Consulate matters as this is the responsibility of the participant to obtain their VISA approval to travel. If you require a visa or ETA, please ensure you allow ample time for the application process, including obtaining any necessary documentation.

Payments

• All prices mentioned are in Euro and include 20% UK VAT
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer
  • Clearly mention your registration number in the description, when completing your bank transfer
  • Remittance should be free of charge to the recipient (ESHRE)
• Wire transfers will no longer be a payment option as from 10 days prior to the fee deadlines
• Onsite payments are equal to late rate fees and name changes are not possible
• All registration fees are non-refundable

Important information

• Congress badges must be worn at all times by participants. Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay an administrative fee of 100 Euro to have a new badge issued.
