Stay Vigilant Of Fraudsters & Scammers

ESHRE is aware of fraudulent websites and unauthorised third parties offering registration services for our annual meeting. These activities pose risks to attendees and we want to ensure your registration experience is secure and legitimate and take the safety and protection of our attendees seriously.

Common Fraud Indicators
Fraudulent websites may:

  • Use similar domain names or logos that mimic ESHRE's official branding
  • Offer registration at suspiciously low or excessively high prices
  • Request unusual payment methods or excessive personal information
  • Lack proper contact information or customer service
  • Missing or suspicious organiser details (no conference secretariat details, or secretariat in an “odd” location)
  • Names in signatures that’s don’t match the ESHRE staff

For more information on these scam conferences, read up on ‘How to spot a predatory conference’.

Unauthorised resellers may:

  • Sell legitimate registrations at significantly inflated prices
  • Claim to offer "priority access" or "guaranteed spots"
  • Market through unsolicited emails or social media messages
  •  Operate without ESHRE's knowledge or authorisation

Accommodation Bookings

Be equally cautious with accommodation offers. Fraudulent services also target attendees with fake hotel bookings or unofficial accommodation packages. ESHRE works exclusively with MCI UK & MCI Suisse SA as the authorised accommodation partners who are clearly identified on our official website. Always book accommodation through our official partners or verify any third-party accommodation service directly with ESHRE before making payments.

How to Register Safely

The only official domain is eshre.eu. The only official seller of ESHRE Annual Meeting registrations is https://www.eshre.eu/Annual-Meeting/ESHRE-2026.
If you are looking for accommodation, ESHRE’s only official housing agency is MCI UK & MCI Suisse SA.

Verify before you buy:

  • Check the website URL carefully for spelling variations
  • Ensure you're on a secure site (https://)
  • Contact ESHRE directly if you're unsure about a website's legitimacy
  • Check email addresses, ensure it is from an @eshre.eu address

If You've Been Affected

If you believe you've encountered a fraudulent registration service or have been a victim of a scam:

  1. Do not provide additional personal or financial information
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider immediately if you've made a payment
  3. Report the incident to ESHRE at registration@eshre.eu and laura@eshre.eu so we can investigate
  4. Report to local authorities if you've suffered financial loss
