Building restrictions booths

Booth spaces

  • Minimum exhibit space = 9 m² (3m x 3m)
  • Maximum exhibit space = 315m² (a total of 35 units of 9 m²)
  • You are allowed to book a maximum of two distinct booth spaces. In that case the second booth must be placed opposite to your first one
  • Bookable aisles may also be reserved and used as part of your stand construction. Please note, however, that emergency aisles must remain completely clear and cannot be used for any stand structures.

Middle structures

To create an open exhibitor environment;

  • Each side of a stand facing an aisle must remain at least 2/3 open
  • Side walls or middle structures may cover no more than 1/3 of each side, to avoid blocking visibility

Building heights and hanging banners

  • The overall height limit is 6 meters.
  • Islands: The maximum building height is 4 meters for middle and side walls
  • Inline, Corner, and Peninsula booths: The maximum building height is 2.5 meters for both back and side walls. Your booth must be separated from neighbouring exhibitors by a wall. Even if you are only using roll-up banners, a wall is still required between your booth and your neighbour's.
  • Hanging banners: The lowest point of a hanging banner must be 4.5 meters above the floor. Banners can have a maximum height of 1.5 meters, resulting in a total possible height of 6 meters.
  • Walls: To maintain an open exhibition environment, only one-third of the stand’s side facing an aisle can be covered by a wall or middle structure.

Stand approval

  • Deadline booth plans custom-made booths: all custom-made booth plans must undergo a review and approval by ESHRE. Booth plans should be sent to exhibit@eshre.eu before 30 April 2026.
  • Make sure to follow ESHRE’s instructions for stand approval, which you can find here soon.
