Exhibitor badges (stand holders only)

Stand holders are entitled to a number of free Exhibitor badges and Full programme badges, depending on the size of their exhibit space. Under Links you can find a step-by-step guide to support you with the exhibitor badge process.

Free & payable Exhibitor badges

FREE EXHIBITOR BADGES

- give in-person and virtual access to the exhibition and to the sponsored sessions held in real-time for the duration of the sessions
- give acces to the exhibit area before and after closing hours (07:30 - 08:30 and 17:00 - 18:00)
- give on-demand access to the virtual exhibit and sponsored sessions for 5 months after the meeting has been held 
- These badges do not include access to the official scientific programme (i.e. precongress courses and main programme).

PAYABLE EXHIBITOR BADGES

If you would like to order additional exhibitor badges on top of the free badges, then the price is 141 Euro excl. VAT per exhibitor badge (169,20 Euro incl UK VAT of 20%). This is a discount price for stand holders.

Visitors Exhibit who don’t get a discount badge from a stand holder have to book a Visitor Exhibit badge which costs 325 Euro excl. VAT (390 Euro incl. UK VAT of 20%)

FREE EXHIBIT + FULL PROGRAMME BADGES

- give in-person and virtual access to the scientific programme, sponsored sessions and exhibition in real-time and livestream for the duration of the congress
- give acces to the exhibit area before and after closing hours (07:30 - 08:30 and 17:00 - 18:00)
- give on-demand access to the virtual meeting platform for 5 months after the meeting has taken place

PAYABLE EXHIBIT + FULL PROGRAMME BADGES

If you would like to order additional full programme badge(s), these can be ordered through the exhibit registration link, which will be made available to you.

By ordering full programme badges through the dedicated registration link, the participant will also have access to the exhibit before and after the exhibit opening hours.

-> Until 12 May 2026: the fee for extra full programme badges is 530,60 Euro per badge (incl. UK VAT of 20%) .
-> As of 13 May 2026: the fee will increase to 655,44 Euro per badge (incl. UK VAT of 20%).
-> As of 11 June 2026: the fee will increase to 780,31 Euro per badge (incl. UK VAT of 20%)
